POLE FIT LEVEL 1

Learn basic spins, grips, body rolls and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. No experience is required—just bring your energy and willingness to move! Leave your inhibitions at the door. Avoid excessive lotions and oil.

OPEN STUDIO

Open Studio Time is your chance to do YOU! Enjoy open access to the pole and reformers. Practice on the pole, stretch it out, or move freely on the reformers at your own pace. No rules, just your flow. Perfect for all levels.

BOOTY AND BALANCE
