A: Not at all! All of our classes are beginner-friendly and progress at your pace. No background in pole or Pilates is required.

Q: How should I prepare for my first class?
A: We’re so excited to welcome you! Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your class begins. This gives us time to check you in, get you comfortable with our reformers, and settle in without feeling rushed. Our instructors will be on hand to answer questions, review any modifications, and ensure you feel supported, safe, and ready to move with confidence.

A: Nope! Pole fitness builds strength over time. Many beginners start with no upper body strength and progress quickly.
